"Yansel did an amazing dry wall repair to my ceiling. He was able to match the texture of the ceiling perfectly and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend using him for your next job. He kept the work space clean, friendly, punctual, and quick to respond to texts. In fact, I was so satisfied with his work, he is coming back again next week."

"My popcorn ceilings were scraped off, the ceiling was plastered, sanded, and painted. They look beautiful!!! Chris and Barbara worked tirelessly each day. Due to their excellent prep work, clean up was done, floors were vacuumed and there was absolutely no mess left behind. I am so glad I chose CBA Contracting and Renovations for my project. I was so happy with their work that we are planning a kitchen remodel in the near future. I heartily recommend CBA Contracting and Renovations."

"BB R US did an amazing job. Our 35 year old house is small but very complicated with irregular surfaces and very high ceilings. It also has not been thoroughly cleaned in several years due to our work in two different geographic areas. We now have a living space that feels pristine - thanks to Maxine and Alex's attention to detail and knowledge about how to efficiently clean. We will be relying on their professionalism every two weeks from now on! I have not commented on price in the rating section because what they did for us was 'priceless' - higher than normal for our area but worth every penny."

"Floors and baseboards were cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. This redeemed the last set of cleaners I had last month (two at one time, which I don’t recommend). Know there is great disparity of quality out there…but high quality is possible."

"Had water damage in guest room and bathroom room ceiling, team did a great job."

"Very friendly workers, good clean up, I hope they come back tomorrow to do the painting, as the vines growing on the columns are bent down and have to come up again before they die. Overall: we are very happy with their work, workmanship, etc. Erdmute Baumann, I already recommended them to friends and neighbors."

"I can’t say enough good things about Santangelo Construction! After my previous contractor moved away, I was nervous about finding someone who could meet my expectations. A neighbor recommended Josh after having work done, and I’m so glad they did. From our first conversation, Josh was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I had a kitchen remodel that needed to be completed on a very tight timeline before new renters were scheduled to move in. Josh understood the urgency, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered exactly as promised. The quality of the work was excellent, the project stayed on schedule, and the entire experience was stress-free. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines professionalism, reliability, and quality craftsmanship the way Josh did. I highly recommend Santangelo Construction to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust. I will definitely be using them again for in the near future for my family other vacation property."

"Excellent work ! I would highly recommend for any type of tilework."

"Excellent work! The vinyl floors came out amazing. The installer was professional, on time, paid attention to every detail, and left everything clean. I?m very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring."

"Allen and his team were absolutely the best. I would hire them again and will recommend them to other property managers and homeowners."
