I was very patient and waited an additional week before calling for the estimate. they seemed to know nothing about it. I asked if they could get back to me before the end of the day but was told no. I was told I could not hear back until sometime next week and that the work could not be done on the original timeline. I would never use them again.

I would like to add one thing separate from this. I did have a very nice technician originally come out for the measurements and he replaced a ceiling fan on that day. For this, I would rate him an A for that job only.
