"Devin Nasvaderani of Marvel Homes rebuilt my small bathroom
from subfloor to ceiling.  Water had
leaked down through the subfloor into the dining room downstairs, so the entire
bathroom had to be rebuilt.  I took
several months to talk to a number of contractors, and I am very glad I got
Devin.  Devin listened carefully to what
I wanted, making suggestions as requested but never trying to ?upsell? me.  As an old budget officer, I was determined to
make sure there were no surprises at the end, but not only was the work
completed on time and on budget, but the extra items I ended up asking for were
delivered at less than I had expected, and were done with the same excellent
quality as the scope work.  In some
cases, Devin advised me strongly that some work the other contractors said
would ?probably? be needed, was not needed.  His ?allowances? for tile and plumbing were
the only realistic such estimates I got from any contractor, and he passed on
his contractor discount to me at the tile and plumbing shops, allowing me to
build a very nice, quality bathroom at less than the originally estimated price
point.
The work quality was excellent, and his crew were
professional, polite, clean and non disruptive. 
He managed to gain me several more inches inside the shower, put
insulation against the outside wall that the original home builder had not
bothered with, and generally fixed up all the weak points of the original
bathroom.  The bathroom, although small,
is the ?master bathroom? so the crew had to go through my bedroom to access it.  Each morning, they covered everything in my
room with plastic, put tarps from the front door to the bathroom, and every
evening removed everything and vacuumed, leaving my room absolutely clean each
night.  They were even fairly quiet,
considering the nature of the work. (the hammering etc sounded ?precise? and
methodical to my untrained ear, never just banging away.)  So, my highest recommendations for this work.

Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. "This is the second time I have used Wilbers Painting. This time they installed a new ceiling in my master bathroom. Both Mr. Gonzalez and his team are polite, professional and efficient. My ceiling was completely installed and sanded in under one day. They cleaned up completely after finishing the work. I strongly encourage other to benefit from his superior work as I did. "VKB just remodeled our hallway bath, and they did a great job! Despite being a little hard to get in touch with over the holidays we were able to arrange a time for a quote. Calvin, our designer, was on time and quick. He brought up a couple of options while we were reviewing the project that we hadn't considered yet, gave us a very reasonable estimate, made an appointment for us to meet him at the showroom in Columbia, and was gone in less than 45 minutes. No pressure at all, and we enjoyed his advice and personality. When we met Calvin at the showroom and he presented us with a 3D model of our new bathroom and picked out materials, carrying samples around the showroom to see how it would all look together. It was a very easy process, and he did a good job balancing his recommendations with our style choices. We signed the contract and had an estimated start date in less than 2 hours. Watching him poke in our selections into a PDF document was the only tedious part of the process, but the showroom was comfy and just fine. About 2 weeks later Calvin and our project manager Jason arrived for a walkthrough, and Jason verified that the contract matched our understanding of what they'd be doing. We also went over the things that we were on the hook to provide: paint and hardware for the hallway door. Jason also verified the location of our water cut-off valve, electric panel, and where they'd be able to wash paint brushes, etc. About a week and a half later Jason called with the start date. When that day arrived we met Juan and Wilson, who did the actual work on the bathroom. They put plastic and dropcloths down to protect our floors and cleaned up after themselves every day. Materials were delivered when needed and stored in our garage. Some cuts (wood, tile, etc.) were made there and out by our front porch, and they also did a great job working around the rain the plagued us a few days. We were surprised how fast they went and how well everything turned out. About 5 and a half working days until our bathroom was complete. Jason collected the remaining payments along the way, the first one having been made when we signed the contract at the showroom. As with every project, there were a couple of things that didn't go according to plan. We wanted to tile all the way up the wall around the bathtub but we found that the ceiling wasn't level and it would have turned out less than pretty, so went a little shorter than planned but ended up looking like it was meant to be that way from the beginning. There was a leak in the sink drain, so we called Jason and Juan came back the next day and took care of it. I had to clean up a few places where the paint from the baseboard moulding hit the tile and my OCD couldn't just let it go. BUT the bathroom turned out looking fantastic! VKB left the remaining tile, which we donated to a local Habitat for Humanity ReStore. We were really surprised by how well everything worked together, from the colors to the styles, to how nice everything looks now. Our kids say it's like walking into a hotel bathroom. It feels like we really got some high end components installed for a very reasonable price. In summary, we're going to use them again for our master bathroom."

"From quote and estimation, consultation, completion of the work. Ferney Leal and his workers are true professionals. I've hired them for first last spring to remove a built in cabinet and refinish the wall surface and ceiling by prep and painting. I hired them a second time to repaint almost our entire upstairs, and recaulk a bathroom and install a new bathroom vent fan. They are SOOOO Careful, they take the time to prep each service, they take pride in their work and I have been more than satisfied. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive,..... it's a fair price. I'd bring them back again."

"I have utilized the services of Lily and her team for many many years now. All i can say is that i highly recommend Continental Housekeeping Service. A few things to say... I am not the most consistent on having a schedule for this by my fault. Just can't keep to a standing schedule. That being said, Lily always accommodates me when i call. When the girls arrive, they get right to work. No direction is needed unless i have something of specific interest that i need to have done. They jump in and start cleaning the house from top to bottom. Not a corner is missed. Everything from cobwebs on the ceiling to blinds to baseboards are taken care of. I have to say that how clean they can get my white porcelain kitchen sink is amazing. Not sure what their magic is but man is it ever clean when they are done. I had a dog so dog fur abounds around here and they make sure not one furball is left when they leave. Everything is taken care of as if it were their own home. They definitely care about their work and you can see that as they progress thru the house. Lately they have even added on washing the rags and the sheets that were taken off the bed before they leave. And to my surprise, when i had some clothes in the dryer, i found them all folded neatly and ready to be put away. I say this only to represent the care and quality of service as well as the nice little surprises. For me, when i go thru the house after and put everything back exactly as i like it, I smile seeing how much they have taken care of and how complete and thorough a cleaning the place has. I can say nothing more than for me, this is money well spent. Something i don't need to worry about and a service where i know my home is taken care of.
