"It was a 2 part job: Part 1 - a tear down of master bedroom en-suite double sink vanity and large plate glass mirror, painting and repair of ceiling wall cracks, installing new vanity and topping with quartz, and hanging 2 - 30x36 mirrors over new vanity. Part 2 - Total tear down of hall full bathroom. Tub removal and conversion to walk in shower, old sink and vanity replaced with under mount sink and new faucets as well as installing new quartz top. Linen closet upgraded to new cabinets and pulls. Walls and ceiling repainted and cracks at wall/ceiling edge repaired. A large boxed-in fluorescent light fixture over vanity removed and replaced with modern 5-light fixture. New towel bars installed as well as new tp holder and medicine cabinet door upgrade. All work was performed at a highly efficient and professional level. It is very apparent this contractor’s top priority is work is done to meet and exceed customers’ satisfaction. The experience was made as convenient to our schedules as possible and clear communication as to responsibilities of customer purchases and what was provided/covered by contractor. Overall an excellent experience. Price was competitive - good professional work, done correctly the first time is never cheap, but you get what you pay for and we are very satisfied with the work done."

"Joe Valdez of Windmill Heritage Contracting personalized the remodeling services I needed so that I did not have to move out, although the work was throughout the house. It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up. Joe went to what seemed like extra efforts to save costs on some things, keeping the overall budget quite reasonable. Overall, it was like working with family!"

"Excellent service.  Mr. Maddox noticed a missing shingle as he was working another job in the neighborhood.  He rang our bell and pointed out the missing shingle.  He said he would inspect our roof at no charge and he did so taking pictures of several missing shingles and the old standpipe boots showing cracks in the rubber and shrinking caulking.  We have never taekn any service from someone who "stops by" but after speaking to him his extensive knowledge and professional manner convinced us to give him a try.  Our current roof is over 20 years old and I wanted an opinion on its condition.  Mr. Maddox did not try and sell us a new roof.  He stated the current roof has a couple of years left barring any potential storm damage.  While discussng the roof we indicated we might have a couple of other jobs that needed to be done including re-caulking all the windows and replacing a wrought iron fence.  He indicated he could do that work but was not pushy about our committing to having the work done now.  Instead he gave us his card and said to call him when/if we decided we needed any other work done. We really appreciated his professionalism and courtesy.

The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall."
