"I have had my kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer remodeled, with a complete tear out of the kitchen, installation of recessed lighting, ripping out of carpet, refinishing of hardwood floors, repair of dry wall, painting of walls and ceilings, removal of a wall to construct a bar between dining room and living room - the works. When I called Squeaky Clean owner, Pat, to arrange a cleaning, I told her that I had dust and grit and construction grime everywhere. She came to the house to see for herself and to give me an estimate. She examined every room and made cleaning suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. We arranged a Saturday after all of my construction was due to be done, but then the work was completed ahead of schedule so I called Pat and she obliged by coming a week earlier than planned.
Pat arrived at my house with 3 other workers a little before 11:00 A.M. and the 4 of them (Pat worked right alongside the others) spent 5 hours on the house, pretty much non-stop. They worked with great efficiency. Pat gave each of the others assignments (Pat did the windows), and off they went! They cleaned everything. I was especially impressed with their cleaning of hardwood floors, that they cleaned Venetian blinds slat-by-slat, and that they pulled every book off shelves (I have a LOT of books), cleaned the books themselves, and the shelves.
So, the bottom line is that I am very pleased with the work done by Squeaky Clean. They finished at around 4:00, and the bill was within a few dollars of the estimate given to me by Pat. They were polite, professional, and thorough. I am now living in a clean environment.

However the existing rafters after 78 years had sagged to varying amounts making the new ceiling wavy. The men made the extra effort to do a very wide compound application and feathered it beautifully to blend and even out the ceiling profile. The results are far better then I expected.
