We had already purchased some of the supplies to DIY our drop ceiling after I was frustrated with other contractors not returning my calls or e-mails. When Michael called, I explained to him our plight, and not having a giant truck or work van, it would be a total pain to return some of the 12 foot pieces of ceiling track. He said that while he typically wants to supply all parts for the job to ensure the quality of the components, if the parts we purchased were correct, he could use them. That was such a relief. He was fair on his pricing, and he made sure we were satisfied with all parts of the work. The quality of the work was incredible. I am so glad I didn't try to do this job myself. "We finally found the right contractor! We had 3 projects involving the basement, Master bath and front porch. Martin and his team are very skilled. The work is high quality, efficient and done correctly. Estimates are provided in writing in advance of the job. Martin is often onsite - either doing the work himself or supervising and guiding his team. He communicates well and often and he stands behind his work. We had a small issue in the Master Bath with the painting on the ceiling. He came immediately to inspect it, figured out the issue and had his team redo the ceiling paint. It's now perfect.
