"Fred and his team did a wonderful job. The workmanship is top notch. Our bathrooms are beautiful in addition to the other work they performed. We kept adding projects to the original list and they did their best to accomplish these projects in a timely manner. Have more remodel projects on the "to do" list and will be using them again. "I interviewed a few contractors to completely remodel my kitchen before choosing Millspaugh Maintenance Engineering because of the previous internet reviews and their CCB records. Their estimates were inline with the others, but the pictures of the cabinets were better. My galley kitchen had soffits to be removed to expand the cabinets to the ceiling. This was complicated because of wires and pipes. Millspaugh has grouped up with very good plumbers, electricians, and a superb cabinet maker. My wife wanted fancier cabinet doors than normal, and they found the perfect style. IMPORTANT note for any contractor: we had very good communications with Millspaugh and the sub-contractors and they kept to the schedule. The prices were similar to what was quoted. I will be using them next year for remodeling the bathrooms and other projects."

"Took one day. Had a leak about 5 months later. Needed recaulking. I had hoped that for over $3000., it would have been a more permanent fix. They did come as requestd to check on it and suggested I have caulk rechecked on a regular basis. I already have roof cleaned twice a year now, so I will have them also do caulking (All Seasons out of Springfield.)"
