"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

Tom ran into a few curve balls (Birds had nested in our old vent area - destroying the old tubing) but he handled it all, including having to do a ceiling patch job of the dry wall. Steve and Bob in the office worked with me, arranging to wait for my parts to arrive and then were proactive when the weather looked terrible for the exterior work that needed to be done.
