"I had purchased a new house that was used as a model home, thus the carpets needed cleaning due to the traffic from customers viewing the house. The home is quite large and full of carpet. Patrick was on time and incredibly professional. They vacuumed all of the carpets first quite thoroughly and then steam cleaned everything. They were extremely mindful of my furniture and took great care when both moving it and protecting the furniture's feet. They even washed the concrete area of my basement (furnace area) as it had been recently drywalled at no charge to me, insuring the drywall dust would not transfer to the newly cleaned carpets. I recommend Twin Lakes Carpet and Floor Cleaning without reservation and will use them again.

"No other contractors I called were willing to take on the job, we needed a new roof and news ceilings throughout our home due to water damage. "The work was well done, responsiveness was good, my work was delayed a little due to other customers project, he was able to come and everything looked nice. He also did painting on the popcorn ceiling and he did not have any problems with the texture, and it came out very well. He was the lowest of all the price quotes that we received but his price was very reasonable for the quality of work that he have done."
