By email and voice mail this company stated it would take two guys. There was nothing said about an additional cost. Two guys arrived. One had a ladder but it wasn't tall enough for our garage ceiling. My husband provided them with one of his. Unprepared. After two hours they still didn't have the hole in the ceiling cut properly. It took them five hours to complete the tasks for double the price. These guys didn't know what they were doing. It turns out they'd never done it before. We got a break on the cost but the communication was terrible. There should have been a physical inspection and the double cost should have been communicated clearly. I wouldn't have hired them had I known the cost was double. Quoted two hour base price then $65 for each additional hour, estimated $315 -$380, but charged $800. Yikes!"
