"Here is an artist! His work is flawless and his reliability the highest you could ask for. His work is usually a 3-day process of applying two coats of spackle which must dry each night, and sanding and touch-up on the third day. Really bad problems may require an extra day of the spackle & dry treatment, but you will love the results. He does a decent job of clean-up too, even brings his own vacuum. You will still need to dust and vacuum yourself and maybe scrape some drips of spackle off the baseboards, but a lot of that can be mitigated if you prep and cover as much as possible yourself. He is soon coming back for his THIRD project for me. If there was a rating higher than A I would give it to him!"

"Couldn't be happier.  I had (2) ladies come to the house, Johanna and Irma.  When I get my regular service set up (which i will be, because they did awesome!)  I hope to be able to request these (2) gals, because they rocked.  I had my house cleaned by a totally different company last month and paid double the amount and they didn't even touch the quality cleaning this company did in 2/3 the time!  My bathrooms, kitchen and floors are spotless!  They vacuumed my couch, did my windows, dusted and cleaned ceilings, cleaned in my microwave, cleaned stainless steel appliances.  And my house smells so fresh, not chemical fresh, just clean!  There cleaning supplies seemed gentle as there are no harsh fumes.   I WILL be using Hortensia based off of today.  I will also be using them for my office in the future.  THANK YOU HORTENSIA :DDDDD

"JSD properties did a great job fixing/finishing work in our basement bathroom. The owner Jeff gave us a detailed quote in a timely manner. He was easy to communicate with. They arrived on time as scheduled for each day of work. They were polite and respectful of our property. We liked that they were professional and when they came to work, they worked (no waisting time). They also cleaned up which we appreciated. The plumber and electrician were top notch! All the work was done in the time frame they gave us and Jeff was on site to supervise and check the work throughout the process. Silvana and her team did a very good job cleaning the apartment and took out all the garbage along with removing an old mattress that was there for a while.
