Tom ran into a few curve balls (Birds had nested in our old vent area - destroying the old tubing) but he handled it all, including having to do a ceiling patch job of the dry wall. Steve and Bob in the office worked with me, arranging to wait for my parts to arrive and then were proactive when the weather looked terrible for the exterior work that needed to be done. They pushed our time slot to the start of the day and the outside work was completed prior to the downpour starting! Great job..."

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. "As other customers described, Helene is very responsive and comes to the house to do a walk through and give a price for the agreed services. Three young ladies arrived at the end of the next day after another job to accommodate my tight schedule.
They were energetic, polite, professional, friendly and worked very well together.  The rooms were covered in construction dust in addition to older dirt and they thoroughly cleaned floors, walls, ceilings and all surface areas.  Mirrors shined, floors were spotless counter tops sparkled and the house smelled great. They stayed 4 hours and didn't leave until they were satisfied that all the work was done.  They asked me to inspect and offered to clean anything I thought they missed, which they didn't.  They cleaned a large kitchen, larger dining room, bar area, den, bedroom and bathroom.  They even cleaned the stairs going up to the first floor and the boiler room which very much appreciated.   I can't compliment them enough.
Helene requires a list of cleaning supplies to have ready for the cleaners.  They bring mops, brooms, vacuums, etc.  
They completed a daunting job in time for my company to arrive.  The house is guest ready and I can get on with the cooking instead of the cleaning.  I highly recommend All State Cleaning Service.
