The workmanship was overseen either by himself or by his son. They know what they are doing. We did a 10’ x 1’ bump out wall covered in stone. Instead of using sheetrock like another contractor wanted to do, Chad used Durock to support the weight. They even hand cut the 90 degree stone side corners up to the 12’ ceiling. It was refreshing not to have a single problem with their workmanship. For materials, he did not do cost plus but gave me the receipts and only charged me what he paid. He did a few extra things that needed to be done without charging extra. They are true professionals not demanding an upfront deposit to cover the materials as lesser contractors do. They finished the project quickly too! This new bump out wall has given us pleasure every single day since its completion. I highly recommend One of a Kind Carpenter."
