"Wow!  I am very pleased with Helene and her crew.  I moved into my house about a year ago and it had not received a true cleaning in that time.  It needed what my husband calls a "barnacle scrubbing."  Helene set up an appt to review the house a week before I needed the cleaning.  She walked through the house to assess the level of cleaning needed -- swiped the top of the ceiling fan blades, opened the oven, checked the refrigerator, etc.  While her crew provided the mops, brooms, vacuum cleaner, and towels, Helene gave me the list of cleaning supplies I was to provide (I had no problem with this).
On the scheduled day, Helene dropped off her crew of 2 at 8:30am.  They working until 7:30pm.  Basically they worked until the work was done.  I love that!  She arrived again to pick them up and she checked their work.  The house was spotless.  I appreciate their diligence and meticulousness.  They dusted the tops of the baseboards, cleaned all lighting fixtures, and cleaned the inside of the windows.
I will have Helene and her team come on a monthly basis now to prevent all future barnacle scrubbings.
