He was very respectful of our budget and suggested ways we could get the look we were going for without breaking the bank. We needed the roof repair done immediately, and Richard took time in addition to his already scheduled projects to complete the repairs. Richard was very courteous of the fact that we were starting this work in the summer and would need them to be functional on weekends. Once work began, Richard and crew worked quickly to ensure we had a functional spaces at all times. He communicated progress regularly, and was transparent about any issues that came up and what it would cost to address them. He was always cognizant of our budget and did additional work needed in a cost effective way. There were instances where fixtures I picked did not exactly fit the space, and his crew went above and beyond to make them work. Being my first project, there were things I forgot to pick up and Richard made a trip to get the additional items. Richard made managing the project off-cape a breeze. The finished projects are spaces that we are extremely happy with and enjoying. In addition, Richard and his crew repaired water damage from the roof leak and did a beautiful job painting the ceiling in our living area which had brown spots for years. We have been in business serving the south shore , cape and islands districts for over 20 years. we are a company made up of 3 experienced plasterers (combining over 70 years of experience) and a tender. we also have a 5 man board crew for the bigger projects. Our focus , as a company , is that our customers have a wonderful and professional experience from the phone call or email to the final walk thru or payment . from a quick response to the initial request for services ,to giving our professional advice if needed when on site , to a prompt proposals and contract. If you decide to do business with us, we would ask for a 1/3 deposit( for any jobs taking longer than one day) to order the material and hold a place on our schedule, From there, we would proceed to schedule the material delivery date(if needed ) and a start time. The next step would be , to either bring the materials needed or have them delivered by reputable local companies. Upon starting we cover everything in the work area ,doors ,floors, windows and cabinets or whatever the case may be . when working , it is our goal to keep any mess to minimum( we also give you the option to take any and all waste away for an additional fee ) in the encapsulated work area. Upon completion of the job, we ask that you review our work, upon satisfaction ,send us on our way with final payment !
