He started small, but had to remove more and more, including the dropped ceiling tiles, since two whole walls had to be removed, thereby removing the ledge upon which the ceiling rested. Jon came to help him remove the waste and between the two of them, they did exactly what I asked, completed it quickly, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Really nice guys, too.
