He opened up access to the leak and gave me a chance to have a plumber come in and repair that part of the project. He promptly returned, reassessed the damage, and provided me with another reasonable estimate. We gave the area about a week to dry out, and then Jesse (and Juan) returned to do the work. All priming and painting of ceilings walls, and installed new baseboard and quarter round in all rooms. Installed new six panel doors in place of the old doors throughout the house, new metal front door and new metal back door installed. Also installed all new light fixtures in kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms.
