"We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. "Wilber’s painting repaired our textured basement ceiling and painted the entire ceiling. They came on time and were great to deal with. "David did a good job of removing a birds' nest and debris from the vent hose, but in the process, a plywood board in front of the exterior vent area got ripped up and will need to be replaced ($ ?). He was not able to finish the job of getting air flow through the hose, due to there being several bends/joints that he couldn't reach. He said that the hose might be loose at the joints, causing air flow loss, and he could not access the joints without breaking drywall in the ceiling, or there could be other blockages that he wasn't able to see since other sections of the hose were around the bend inside the ceiling. He did not have a scope to look through the hose to get a better picture of the problem, because he said those scopes are too expensive. He gave me a quote to break the drywall to join the hose at the joints. That would cost me an additional $310 (his quote), in addition to the $129 that I already paid. That would not include repairing / replacing broken drywall, repainting the ceiling and who knows what else the job might entail. I was not expecting to pay additional costs such as these at this time, so the job remains unfinished."

Troy showed up right on time to provide an estimate for power washing, replacing post caps, replacing a rotten board, and painting a large wrap-around front porch.  He was actually able to start work the very next day!  When Troy removed the broken post cap, he showed us that our builder had used a post sleeve that was not a standard size, and the 6" post cap had been "modified" to fit the sleeve.  Troy was able to make similar modifications, which prevented us from having to replace the entire posts and sleeves, and saved us a LOT of money in the process.  He power washed the entire front porch (hardy plank siding, ceiling, brick floor, gutters, and all of the columns and woodwork), then sanded and painted the wooden parts of the porch, as well as the columns and trim.  All of the work was done very professionally and very cleanly.  The porch looks almost brand-new.  Thanks, Troy!

"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Grady?s Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city.
