Background: I contacted Drywall Medics to have a basement popcorn ceiling removed. I spoke with the owner and talked about my options. He quoted me the "Day rate" to remove about 300 sq. ft. of popcorn ceiling. The earliest they had available was about 2 weeks out, which worked well for our project. On the day scheduled, the contractors arrived on time. They were careful to protect the floors and stairs from debris as they worked. They were in the basement for about 6 hours from start to finish. They were able to remove the popcorn and put 2 coats of mud on the ceiling. The work was done professionally and we were very happy with the results. Because we planned to put up glue-up tile, we went with a smooth finish and we primed it afterwards. I would definitely recommend Drywall Medics for any drywall work."

"Sandy and her team at Dawes Cleaning Services are simply amazing! I hired them for what can only be described as an impossible cleaning task... my son's condo. It had gotten so bad that I would not go in there, and it was difficult to find a path to walk through. I sent Sandy a complete set of pictures of the condo's condition, and was incredibly impressed that the Dawes Cleaning Services team decided to take it on.
