His 3 main workers, Steve, Oscar and Angel are without a doubt the best craftsmen that I have ever used. "Jeff and his team did a great job! They demoed and sheet rocked two rooms and replaced electrical outlets, switches, and installed high hats, and two light fixtures. "Ivan responded quickly to my inquiry, and he and Noel came to look at what I needed done and gave me an estimate of $600 to install the pull-down attic stair unit i had already purchased. That was half what another "handyman" service had quoted me. They were flexible about scheduling the job, showed up on time, and did a fine job with the installation including adding some wood trim around the new opening in the ceiling. It would have been nice if they'd vacuumed around the work area when they were done as there was sone sawdust, but a very minor point and I didn't even notice the dust until well after they'd finished and left."
