They measured, described the options, gave references and had a quote for us before they left. They provided insurance and hard copy of the quote same-day. They scheduled the work (again, were on time); brought out the exact amount of material & lablor. Finished the project and cleaned the area like new. The ceiling was measured out perfectly with great sight lines - pleasing to the eye. Prices were in-line with other providers. The fact that they came out when they said, had all the right materials when they showed up, executed the project flawlessly and cleaned the place like it was their own home - worth every penny."

"Jesus was very attentive to his work. He wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and looks good. He even went so far as to fix an area at the seam between ceiling and wall. We had a wall that had a bad drywall job and he asked if he could make it look better. They took care of it and even primed it so it is ready to paint. With all of the ceiling repair there was one area where the insulation was an old type that had been there for at least 30 years. It was a huge mess. They did great to get all of the loose deep on the floor insulation. When they finished each day they had everything clean and ready for us to continue our daily life without working around their equipment. When the job was finished, they took up the protective paper on the floor, then they mopped up all the floors and and had everything looking so nice. Very friendly, hard working and good to work with."

"Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"
