We had already purchased some of the supplies to DIY our drop ceiling after I was frustrated with other contractors not returning my calls or e-mails. When Michael called, I explained to him our plight, and not having a giant truck or work van, it would be a total pain to return some of the 12 foot pieces of ceiling track. He said that while he typically wants to supply all parts for the job to ensure the quality of the components, if the parts we purchased were correct, he could use them. That was such a relief. "Both times this guy was out, all he told me was what he can't do. Just be aware that they do not do any patching or fixing of walls before painting - they just paint "as is" and nothing more. He also discouraged all of my ideas for remodelling my office/craft room and laundry room the first time he came out - specifically he told me I couldn't put beadboard on the ceiling when I know several people who have done it themselves and it looks great."
