Claude responded quickly, got the information he needed, and sent us a quote. Once we accepted, he ordered all the materials and set up a time for installation. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did the installation. Afterwards, he went over everything in detail, giving us tips on the accessories, changing the bag in the vacuum unit, maintenance,etc. The installation was very neatly done. Claude is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He told us to contact him if we ever have any service issues. We would recommend him to anyone who values quality products and workmanship."

He went about protecting the range top immediately below the microwave, removed the current microwave, made sure the mounting screws for the new unit were centered on the studs and did his thing. In roughly 2 hours, the old unit was removed and the new one installed. He even adjusted (centered) the new unit to my liking - not an easy task in a kitchen in which NOTHING is square. He also used a HEPA-filtered vacuum to clean up. What more could you ask? I highly recommend Bob. He's professional, knowledgeable, and experienced."
