"The work crew came out on the date and time stated and immediately got to work. They where very professional. They wasted no time in doing what they had to do. They did an excellent job in putting down a 10by 12 concrete slab in the exact spot that I wanted it. The work crew was very mindful of all my needs and insured that the job would be done according to how I wanted it. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. When they finished cleaning up you would have not known that concrete was just poured. I highly recommend this company to everyone who need concrete work. "NV Waterproofing polyjacked my driveway and sidewalk. The initial quote by Evan was thorough and professional - he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions as well. Once I was scheduled, Dillon was on time and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He did a fantastic job and was patient with me while I asked questions along the way. The weather turned to storms a little earlier than planned, so we had to schedule another day for him to come out and seal the driveway. On the rescheduled day, he came back out and sealed, but then there was a small issue with the joint compound refills. We scheduled another day for the project to be completed and third time is the charm. He finished the work and it looks great. There were a couple small issues with getting back on the schedule (communication with the front office, aligning dates, but it was resolved quickly - just needed to continue following up). Abel took out concrete in my backyard and installed eco-friendly permeable pavers that look great and absorb water. He also installed lattice in my deck, painted the whole deck and fixed the upper portion of my fence. I'll be doing additional work with him and his team. "Was scheduled for the AM but they arrived around 2:30. The aeration equipment was rudimentary. A 6 prong aeration punch was ineffective, it did not make holes as much as it disturbed the top 3/4inch of lawn. The small concrete weights and the hard soil made for a less than effective work. A second motor driven machine aerator was a little better. Directions to stay away from certain areas, freshly seeded, were not followed but the attempt to get to every square foot was the motivation, so okay, nice try. Bottom line, if they do the work, make sure the lawn has been watered or a recent rain event softens the lawn."

"SEE REVISED NOTES BELOW in CAPS......I had Always replace my front steps, walkway and double wide driveway. The crew did a fine job deconstructing everything and hauling away debris, there concrete work was very good, clean lines, nicely broomed surface, ...but am concerned about a section of the driveway concrete because the second mixer (leForge Jessup) was late requiring the crew to rush and overwork the concrete before it dried. Not really ALWAYS fault but it is a concern. The finishers covered my water shut off valve cover with a thin layer of concrete, easy to remedy....., but most disturbing was the clean up crew filled the ground gaps with excavation material (red clay, concrete debris, and rocks), no real fill dirt.. They left many of the concrete form stakes in and just covered them up. This I had to remedy myself with real fill dirt and reseed, uncover the valve cover, etc... REVISED.....MR. JAMES ALWAYS HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY ABOVE CONCERNS AND HAS MOVED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR ME. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS."
