"Our home is in a quiet, well-kept 1970's subdivision near Fargo South HS. In addition to having our house painted this summer, our goal was to update the landscaping (under the windows along the front of the house only) and possibly have a concrete RV pad poured next to the attached garage.
The concrete bid came in highest of anyone in town that I talked to. Still, I really liked Jodi's concept for the front of the house and decided to have Accelerated Greenworks do only the landscaping this summer. After talking with Jodi, I learned that my initial budget of $1,500 was laughable. I increased it to $3,500.
Jodi had great ideas but never really followed through. She eventually emailed me an estimate but it had mistakes in it. Simply removing the five small existing shrubs in front of the house would cost $1,000. Jodi told me that preliminary demolition step could have been done right away, but they were SO incredibly busy that they couldn't commit to a time frame for completing the new landscaping.
Bottom Line: They probably do fabulous work. I got the impression that they were so busy with other bigger projects that they didn't need our business. Very disappointed.
