"SLK removed our old (rotted) wooden deck and poured a new concrete patio - the whole thing was honestly stress free which I don’t say often about home improvement projects! They got us on the schedule fast, and the quote was extremely competitive. When they found an old cracked concrete pad hiding under the deck, they didn't let it hold things up. Dakota and his team pivoted and took care of the removal that same day. Great communication start to finish and the patio came out great. We'd hire Dakota and the SLK team again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend."

Richard and Andy also did phenomenal work on my basement, doing everything from pouring new concrete footers to installing new metal support beams, adding stability to my home and buying me valuable piece of mind. They did this while meeting the specific criteria that we had negotiated beforehand, and even took a few opportunities to deliver additional things that I did not even originally ask for (removing newly unnecessary walls, removing shelving, etc.), at no extra cost.
