He won't just promise a job unless he is confident it will be done right the first time and that it will address the problem. We also had him demo an old patio and misc concrete slabs around the property and pour a fresh new patio. It is big and beautiful. Again, lots of attention to detail. He took care in working around an existing fence, carefully taking parts down and replacing them when he is done.
