"NV Waterproofing polyjacked my driveway and sidewalk. The initial quote by Evan was thorough and professional - he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions as well. Once I was scheduled, Dillon was on time and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He did a fantastic job and was patient with me while I asked questions along the way. The weather turned to storms a little earlier than planned, so we had to schedule another day for him to come out and seal the driveway. On the rescheduled day, he came back out and sealed, but then there was a small issue with the joint compound refills. We scheduled another day for the project to be completed and third time is the charm. He finished the work and it looks great. There were a couple small issues with getting back on the schedule (communication with the front office, aligning dates, but it was resolved quickly - just needed to continue following up). "Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. God Bless them for their hard work and strong work ethic!"

"Our wooden retaining wall was heavily leaning and rotting. After speaking to Adrian, we discovered the cause were downspouts under the deck that had disconnected. We also had a previous contractor install a driveway a few years back over corrugated pipe which of course had crushed and was breaking apart the driveway from underneath. PDES tied four downspouts together under ground and the driveway to route all the water away from our home and to a dry well a good distance from our house. They also routed an existing french drain, another downspout and our sump pump to either the dry well or a pop-up emitter. We had received several quotes for the work and found PDES in line with the others. I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review to experience several storms and to verify the grass along the driveway was no longer sopping wet for weeks. I am happy to report our water issues have finally been resolved. Also, the new stone retaining wall looks great, in fact we plan on adding a matching one on the other side of our house."

We did a flagstone patio that was placed on a concrete pad with a sitting wall. We put landscape lights in the wall. Very pleased with the end product. We had neighbors choose a different contractor and things did not go nearly as smoothly as our patio."
