"Mr. Peredo is responsive, professional, and cleaned up well after work was complete.  The work was done in one day (he and one coworker), and for the exact quoted price in the estimate.  He was not familiar with using different mortar for such an old house (1919) with lime mortar and softer brick (which is not unusual), but I just bought the proper materials myself and he used that, so it was no big deal.

He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines.
