I hired Dalinghaus to lift my house and replace the post and pier foundations in addition to the girder beams. Isaac coordinated the whole job and was great to work with. They did such an excellent job at a good price I wish I could hire them for additional improvement and repair on my old house.

Our privacy block wall had deteriorated and split down the corner, leaving a 5-6 inch gap between the sides. The longer wall was sagging down the hill. My husband and I were hesitant going into such a big project but upon meeting the owner, Pete, we knew we were in good hands. He came to do the estimate on a Friday and gave a very competitive quote. Materials were ordered Monday. We were both impressed and surprised that the project was completed by Wednesday! The wall is repaired, and looks better than when we bought the house.
Their team is quick and thorough! The project site was well cleaned and maintained during the project and was left very clean afterwards as well. I highly recommend AJB concrete and masonry, and would definitely call them with any future projects.

I am very pleased with this project’s outcome. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The budget was adhered to and John finished well ahead of the estimated timeframe. Equally important, the permit inspections all passed with no changes required and the 2 adjoining neighbors have the same favorable opinion.
The overall experience was great. I would recommend John to other work and I will be using him again for concrete flat work we will be doing.

Darrell and his crew are absolutely amazing! We truly appreciate the pride they take in their work. Darrell is very enthusiastic, friendly and great with communication. We hired three contractors (roof, fence, and patio) and of the three Darrell (patio) was by far the best. He kept us updated and always responded promptly. He willingly worked around our fence installation scheduling difficulties. In addition to their quality work, Darrell and his crew had suggestions to improve the look of the patio and the end result shows how much they care. These guys go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend Left Coast Pavers.

Pleased with the work and the excellent team of workers who worked quickly, and gave excellent recommendations and to Jose who was very informative and caring about the work. I was surprised that the work team did not have the drawing I received and approved with the estimator (Chad) to work from, and therefore relied on questions to get the drawing outline on the ground completed just before work began. Again, Jose did a very good job getting the outline completed.
I was disappointed that the only time I saw the company owner was when he stopped by to pick up the payment. I would have appreciated a visit before job completion. I ll assume he operates this way based on his trust in Jose and team.

Saber is a quality outfit. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely well-trained. Our estimator was Paul. He was thorough! Crawled all around under the house and then sat with us for a good 1/ hour explaining what he found and his recommendations for retro-fit. Marco was the foreman on the installation, working with Chauncey. They were polite, highly skilled professionals. Marco even found a plumbing leak, took photos and showed them to us. Above and beyond. In an age of "slam-bam, if you don't like the results of your job, too bad" the professionalism and customer service we experienced with Saber was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend. It is a good feeling to know our home is secured to our foundation!
