"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. "The gentleman from J&R concrete were very professional and respectful. They went over all aspects of the work they would be doing and answered all my questions. My original project was for backyard steps only. I asked if they would give me a separate estimate to also do the backyard. Their estimate was very professionally done and complete and affordable. I asked for pictures of work they had previously done. After seeing their work I was sold. Once the work was started it took 3 days to complete. They arrived each day promptly at 8:30 AM. After the work was done they hauled away all debris and left the work area spotless. Their method of making payment for the work was very easy and convenient.
