"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened. He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty. We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. "A pleasure to work with Ivan and h foreman Oscar This is a VERY PROFESSIONAL concrete company that was very personable. They showed up on time with a whole crew that got right to work. This was a fairly large job with a lot of unusual aspects. They pay attention to detail and did all the small things I requested with no complaint. They cleaned up after themselves and left a clean worksite. The finish on my concrete was exposed rock that had to match an existing driveway and the did an astounding job.
