Our job included removal of a 30 year old concrete patio that had settled and tilted toward the foundation, causing water issues in the basement. 3D first removed the old patio (including 4 stoops), regraded and buried the downspouts. The final results of the new patio are even more beautiful than they looked on the 3D renderings.
