"NV Waterproofing polyjacked my driveway and sidewalk. The initial quote by Evan was thorough and professional - he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions as well. Once I was scheduled, Dillon was on time and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He did a fantastic job and was patient with me while I asked questions along the way. The weather turned to storms a little earlier than planned, so we had to schedule another day for him to come out and seal the driveway. On the rescheduled day, he came back out and sealed, but then there was a small issue with the joint compound refills. We scheduled another day for the project to be completed and third time is the charm. He finished the work and it looks great. There were a couple small issues with getting back on the schedule (communication with the front office, aligning dates, but it was resolved quickly - just needed to continue following up). "The work I asked JP General Construction to undertake was the demolition of a 40 year old concrete in-ground swimming pool that was far past its prime. I couldn't be more pleased with the job done by JP General Construction. When I first contacted the owner, Jaime Peredo, he made time to do a site visit the same day in spite of other projects in progress. I found him and his staff to be flexible, straight forward in describing the details of the work to be done, the techniques and equipment involved and the probable duration of the project. The work ethic and attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for., especially on the part of his employee Carlos who was tireless in some very difficult work breaking up the concrete and rebar with a jackhammer.
