"JES is doing an encapsulation job on our crawlspace and the job performed yesterday was to spray for mold in the crawlspace prior to the installation process. Two workers arrived on time and proceeded with the work in a professional manner. Montola G. was the lead and foreman. He mixed up the anti-mold compound with assistance from Kelvin J. and sprayed all wood surfaces in the crawlspace. I checked the work the next day and his work was thorough. Both men were very pleasant and helpful. They took most of the bags I had filled with removed insulation with them when they were finished. Montola and Kelvin did a great job, represented JES as professionals and were really nice guys as well."

"There were a group of homeowners/friends/family on our Cul-De-Sac that were interested in getting cement work completed. Some needed a new driveway, others needed a new patio and others just wanted to expand their existing driveway. I took the lead on this as my project was the largest by far, New and wider driveway, back patio and new front porch and sidewalks, and went out and received three quotes for the work each family wanted to do. We all sit down and hashed out the three bids and ended up selecting Experience Concrete Designs to do the work. Based on the amount of work that was to be accomplished Justin had given us a very considerable discount. He removed and added things that we had not discussed based on what he knew of our personalities and expectations. Wow is all that we can say on the final outcome. Of the additional things and issues that he encounter along the way, never did he ask for additional funds from us. He and his crew just made it happen. Justin has also came back and treated one of the three that dropped out on the initial projects and now has a contract in place with her to replace her existing driveway and to explain it to a two car driveway. He not only honored the original quote he gave her a considerable discount for the additional work. We are so happy with this that we are going to be working with Justin again in the near future to get some paver stone work done in the back of our property. When it came down to the contract Donald explained all he was doing, showed be his license, very straight forward and very professional. "We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement.
