I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I?ve reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment?even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. There has been no meaningful accountability from Alpha Foundations for their incomplete work, and I am now facing additional financial and structural burdens. "I called them all and spent several months deciding before I chose Shore up. Why? I had a lot of questions and Eric either picked up the phone when I called or returned my texts & calls promptly. He calmed my fears and answered every question (some 2x). They never sent me pressured texts about discounts from salespeople I’d never met. Shore -Up’s bid was competitive but the super helpful staff that seem to love the company sealed the deal for me. Lifting a house up is a big expensive but necessary job. Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. "New Leaf Construction were professional and the bid was inline with other bids. They kept me informed of where they were on the project and when materials would be delivered. This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."

After dealing with the other company for days with no resolve I reached back out to Hall's. He was so upset that his recommendation did not take care of my needs that he was at my home before I knew it. He fixed everything in 45 minutes that the other company could not then did not charge me due to the delay I had. Not only was he extremely courteous he was skilled in the repair. I've used him in the past and was more than impressed with pricing and the work then but the fact that he was not going to leave me hanging made me love this company that much more!
