"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. "This job required removal of an extensive amount of existing concrete before the hardscaping could be installed.  In addition I was having another contractor install new plumbing lines to my existing pool skimmers and the 2 projects needed to be coordinated to keep the project on time and under budget. Kyle worked to communicate his timing and was able to schedule his work around the plumbing project . The things that impressed me most and why I wrote this review were -

2.      * Attention to detail - everything was done at a high level of workmanship and efficiently
3.      * Coordination of his work with other contractor-  Effective use of Email and Text to keep everyone on the same page
4.      *When the hardscaping was complete the restoration and tie in of the new hardscaping was exceptional. Some of the specific           steps needed in the end were not detailed in the original proposal but Kyle took the right steps to ensure the look would meet         or in this case EXCEED our expectations.

•      * Lawn area adjacent to the job site was cleared properly and reseeded with grass to finalize the work.
