Brian came out 2 weeks before to check if we were ready and if we had any other questions about what would be done. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. The crew that came out to install the waterproofing consisted of Cory, Alex, and Jose and they were the most pleasant people to work with.
