David refers to himself as a ‘concrete nerd’. I don’t think I’ve ever met one, but this term should serve as well-deserved flattery that he and his workers can enjoy. Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place.
