"SEE REVISED NOTES BELOW in CAPS......I had Always replace my front steps, walkway and double wide driveway. The crew did a fine job deconstructing everything and hauling away debris, there concrete work was very good, clean lines, nicely broomed surface, ...but am concerned about a section of the driveway concrete because the second mixer (leForge Jessup) was late requiring the crew to rush and overwork the concrete before it dried. Not really ALWAYS fault but it is a concern. The finishers covered my water shut off valve cover with a thin layer of concrete, easy to remedy....., but most disturbing was the clean up crew filled the ground gaps with excavation material (red clay, concrete debris, and rocks), no real fill dirt.. They left many of the concrete form stakes in and just covered them up. This I had to remedy myself with real fill dirt and reseed, uncover the valve cover, etc... REVISED.....MR. JAMES ALWAYS HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY ABOVE CONCERNS AND HAS MOVED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR ME. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS."

He and his team: power washed my house, patio and shed, cleared more leaves and sticks than I'd like to admit, replace some fence panels and hauled an entire trailer full of junk to the dump for me all in 2 days!! Along with other small things like moving some stuff around the yard. I already have more work lined up with them, like gutter and soffit replacement and some concrete work. "Went smoothly. Mr. Medlin and his team arrived at 6:30 AM. They performed all the preparations for the concrete delivery (fill/level area with stone, marked the level lines for the thickness of the concrete, and placed the rebar. Team was ready for concrete delivery and set to work immediately. Mr. Medlin requested I review the delivery paperwork to assure that the concrete mix was as required. Team leveled and floated the concrete to the proper level. After a suitable setting time the team hand floated the whole surface and completed a final light brushing for the surface finish, as I requested."

"I called Waterproofing Inc on a Wednesday and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for Saturday. Steve promptly came at the scheduled time and we reviewed the situation in my basement.   I told him of my goal to have a finished DRY basement.  He looked at my existing pump and drain. He suggested that I could apply (or have applied) plastic sheeting to the walls to help with the seepage problem. However, he doesn't do that type of work. He also asked me what I thought the problem was with the moisture problem. He suggested that he could extend the current waterproofing system along the entire back wall and gave me a written estimate for that work. The reason that I rated him a B and said I would hire him was because I didn't feel confident in his diagnosis of the root cause of the water problem and his proposed solution to address the issue so that my basement could be dry. I am looking for a one stop shop with a solution driven individual who comes in as a problem solver. I just didn't get that from Steve. He didn't even look (or ask to look) outside the house to see how the water comes off the back of the house where the problem is.  I'm guess if I just wanted someone to drill up the concrete and put a drain in, he would be fine because his price was reasonable for that work. But I'm looking for a holistic solution provider who will address all issues with the most effective and efficient techniques to keep my basement dry.  I just wouldn't hire him for that role."
