"We hired Maxima Concrete after getting 3 estimates, they were competitively priced, and we saw the patio and walkway project they did for my sister last year and that turned out great. Tom the estimator had great input on what we had in mind. Jacquie in the office was friendly and very helpful answering questions as needed. Tear out and form setup was on July 16th a Friday. There was an issue with the forms for the new siting area off the porch. I called on Saturday morning at 8 AM leaving a voice message with Jacquie and not really expecting a response till Monday morning. Within 3 hours Flavio, the owner, came out and he saw what I was talking about and promised a crew would be out early Monday to correct it. At 7:45 Monday morning the crew came out and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction. The following day the concrete was poured as scheduled. The whole project turned out great and looks FANTASTIC, exceeding our expectations!! We have had numerous compliments by neighbors. Both crews; the tear out & form placement crew and the concrete pouring crew, showed up as scheduled, were professional, performed outstanding workmanship and left the work area clean upon work completion."

"Tony was very communicative, providing timely answers to questions at the beginning so that I could understand his process and get someone to my home to do an inspection of the job site and work up a quote. Once that was done, we again communicated via emails with questions/answers that assured me we were making the right choice in selecting A P Marchi for our project. As the spring weather was very damp, Tony let us know it was not conducive to concrete work and that in itself says a great deal about the integrity of his company, as I witnessed other concrete work in our neighborhood being done and rain made it spotty. As the weather improved, Tony set a date and they were onsite as stated with a plan that was easy to accomplish. The day of the concrete pour, he and his crew were onsite ahead of the delivery truck, fine tuning the site. "Needed a waterproofing company to waterproof my damaged basement, excellent workmanship, exceeded my expectation. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. Completed the job in one day. Removed concrete flooring, install indoor water gutters, drilled several weep holes, removed old sump basin and sump pumps, installed new equipment, they also install a rubber barrier to guide water to the gutters and placed new concrete where needed. They removed all debris, the basement looked cleaner than before they started. I was impressed with the quality and value of Ohio Basement Authorities service. I would highly recommend this company.
