Properly grinding and removing the old coating instead of just going over the top of it, prepping the concrete correctly, and installing a high-quality epoxy system that looks great and feels extremely durable. The finished floor came out clean, smooth, and very professional. It’s tough enough that I can move patio furniture around without worrying about scratching or peeling, which was my biggest concern. "Once I accepted the job, Johnny didn't waste any time. He was in there the next day prepping the place.  I stopped by occasionally just to see how the job was coming but other than making small conversation, I had no reason to even be there. Upon arrival, I would hear Johnny immediately instructing his crew on what they were trying to accomplish. Also, the owner didn't mind getting dirty as well to ensure the job was completed on time. I was really impressed with everything and the only things I had to do was sit back and relax and let them finish the job while signing the check at the end after inspecting the place!
