They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Very nice to deal with, good communication. Concrete pour has some discoloration that cannot be fixed. The slurry from the pour was not directed properly - and wound up coating a garden area in the front of our house. No water could get to the plants, consequently, we had to dig out the concreted soil and take to the dump. Now have to add more top soil. The gravel which was removed from the newly concreted area was spread out over the existing gravel drive but was not leveled or made smooth. Now the driveway is bumpy and we may have to have heavy equipment smooth it out again."
