"I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."

Then I had several thousand dollars worth of plants and bushes installed and during installation, several lines were cut, causing a serious threat to the new plantings. Within a couple of hours, Southern Appeal responded and set up an appointment for two days later at 9:30....Mark called around 9 and said he would be a few minutes late.. When Mark and Justin showed up a little bit later they went to work immediately and took each zone and diagnosed the problem and fixed each zone. They got the entire system up and running perfectly and made suggestions as to how to improve pressure and then walked around showing me each station to make sure I was happy with the coverage.........then we ran out of daylight....they never quit from 930 till dark and would have stayed longer if I needed them.
