Additionally, we ended up deciding to maximize the slab space and settled on a 14' x 14' rather than the originally planned 14' x '12'-- so the final cost was a little higher than the original estimate, but not by a shocking difference. So, in the interests of time and certainty, we decided to just get the job done with C&L who have a stellar reputation for quality work and had already demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I'm sure I could have found someone to do the job for less, but with something like this I want to be sure of expertise in all aspects.
