They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"The work I asked JP General Construction to undertake was the demolition of a 40 year old concrete in-ground swimming pool that was far past its prime. I couldn't be more pleased with the job done by JP General Construction. When I first contacted the owner, Jaime Peredo, he made time to do a site visit the same day in spite of other projects in progress. I found him and his staff to be flexible, straight forward in describing the details of the work to be done, the techniques and equipment involved and the probable duration of the project. The work ethic and attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for., especially on the part of his employee Carlos who was tireless in some very difficult work breaking up the concrete and rebar with a jackhammer. Initially I realized that this was probably not too common a job, so with due diligence I got several proposals for the work, including one from JP General Construction. The culvert at the roadside entrance had rusted over time and was further damaged by a couple of car accidents that bent and disrupted water drainage. We selected Hunterâ s Development, LLC after speaking with Kelly, the owner and seeing all of the super positive reviews on Home Advisor. The entire driveway was graded, then additional gravel put down and tamped to provide a wider and thicker driveway. Twenty feet of asphalt was added to the roadside to provide a smoother and safer entrance and exit. Kelly and crew did a great job at a reasonable price.
