"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out. I am a first time home buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional. We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark. I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him.
