"Had Henry remove a 12-15 inch thick 5x5 slab of concrete that needed to be removed. He showed up very quickly and knocked it out in a few hours with cleanup and haul away. Very professional and keeps you updated the whole time. Highly recommend."

"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

"I highly recommend ESP Flooring from Palmer, MA. Bob came to look at my garage floor and gave us a quote with a very reasonable price and scheduled the job shortly after. He turned my ugly old concrete garage floor into a beautiful gray/epoxy floor system that makes my kitchen floor looks bad! Now I have no choice but to replace that one too, so, Bob will be coming back to my home again soon!! I wouldn't hire anyone else. He was very professional, respectful and pleasant to work with and so were Andre and Brian, excellent team!! I was quite impressed with the quality of the work and how clean and nice looking my garage floor looks like now. For any flooring project I would only contact Bob at ESP Flooring for help because I simply feel I can trust him and I love his knowledge, experience, professionalism and the nice way he conducts himself. "To remediate seepage along the bottom of a concrete-block basement wall that backs onto a hill, Mastercraft Waterproofing recommended and installed a drainage system along the interior bottom of the wall. From initial consult to the end of the job, I found M W owner Rob Racki to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. He and his partner finished the job on the earlier end of the time estimated, and left the work area spotless. They took and provided me with photos of the work in progress, which will be valuable when I decide to sell my home. I also appreciate that they were willing to wear masks during our face-to-face conversations. The only reason I rated Value for Money with 3 stars was that theirs was the only estimate I got for the job, so I have no other price to compare with."
