They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. They came right when they said they would. Totally polite and professional. Best part even cleaned up after they were done. Vacuumed the entire area and also outside the area they worked in, and shook out my Welcome mats that were already dirty before they came but they cleaned them anyways. Very clean all around, they went the extra mile. Soon after the insulation was installed I didn't hear my furnace turn on for over an hour! I like knowing I'll have that extra peace of mind knowing my attic (and recent new roof) are going to last longer, as well as energy bill savings. I highly recommend this company, best decision I've made as a homeowner!"
