"Project: replace behind closet dry wall, leaking drain/stack pipe in a 100+ yr home. Matt was a thorough professional. Always on time, showing up when promised. His quote was the most reasonable amongst the 4 quotes that I received. Communicated well with my property manager and me (i was out of town, 3 time zones away) to ensure we were well informed. Was always understanding and accommodating of my tenant schedules. Did a great job tearing down the drywall and putting it back up and leaving behind an access point for the next time. Took the time to match the drywall finish to existing finish. If forced to nitpick : the new access door had to be (rightly so) in a location that required removal of some shelving boards & when re-placing the shelving and the floor board back, there is the slightest of gaps (see pic), so the finish was not the same quality as the rest. Again this is absolute nitpicking and will not stop me from rehiring Matt in future. I am very happy overall."

"Flooring itself was installed well. Trim was shoddy with globs of caulking left, walls patched poorly, door trim broken and left broken, transition strips were wrong for the floor and didnt care to do it correctly. Couldnt clean up after themselves and had little respect for personal property. I was told they would be able to set the toilet and that wasnt the case. I had to call a plumber to fix it and In the process of going behind them to finish their job. They were rushed to get the job done to move on to the next."
